Synopsis:
Book 1 of the After series-newly revised and expanded, Anna Todd's After fanfiction racked up one billion reads online and captivated readers across the globe. Experience the internet's most talked-about book for yourself from the writer Cosmopolitan called "the biggest literary phenomenon of her generation."There was the time before Tessa met Hardin, and then there's everything AFTER ... Life will never be the same. HessaTessa is a good girl with a sweet, reliable boyfriend back home. She's got direction, ambition, and a mother who's intent on keeping her that way.But she's barely moved into her freshman dorm when she runs into Hardin. With his tousled brown hair, cocky British accent, tattoos and lip ring, Hardin is cute and different from what she's used to.But he's also rude-to the point of cruelty, even. For all his attitude, Tessa should hate Hardin. And she does-until she finds herself alone with him in his room. Something about his dark mood grabs her, and when they kiss it ignites within her a passion she's never known before. He'll call her beautiful, then insist he isn't the one for her and disappear again and again. Despite the reckless way he treats her, Tessa is compelled to dig deeper and find the real Hardin beneath all his lies. He pushes her away again and again, yet every time she pushes back, he only pulls her in deeper.Tessa already has the perfect boyfriend. So why is she trying so hard to overcome her own hurt pride and Hardin's prejudice about nice girls like her?Unless...could this be love?

My opinion: ♥♥♥♥♥

It´s my first audibook so I can´t compare it with others but yeah it was really good. The narrator has a very pleasant and calm voice so it´s pleasant listening to it. I told you before in the review about the book how much I love the story.
Here again: The story is soooooo emotional. I was so happy when Tessa and Hardin were together without Hardin being an arse. When they fought or rather Hardin was an idiot  I was angry with him and I always had the urge to get into the book slap Hardin on the face and tell him that shouldn´t be an arse. And then there was my anger about Zad. You can´t imagine how much I hate this guy!!! I almost threw my book or something else on the wall when he tried to divorce Tess and Hardin with his fucking lies. I wanted to shout to all of them what a sneaky ass he is. And I was also angry about Tessa, that she was such a stupid person to believe Zed and always to see the good in him.
And the the parts of the book when you thought that now all would be good between Hardin and Tess but something unimeginable happened and they were again and again at the beginning of their relationship.
I never expected an end like that. The only thing I thought when I read it was , "Congratulations Hardin, you destroyed all you both were having and she will never believe you anymore that you love her and I know you do."

I like that it´s the uncut version so you can feel like you feel while reading the book.

Short version: You should definitely read or hear the story. In my opinion you can´t compare a book with a audiobook so it´s your choice if you prefer a audio book or the book but trust me when I tell you that it´s the best story I ever read/listened to.
